What we dealt with

 

The task to encourage active distributers was complicated by their locations in different towns of Russia and near abroad .There were a lot of transfers from different airports and the information constantly changed. It was necessary to follow the information “on-line’.

What we thought up

 

The choice of hotels in Poland and Ukraine, organization of guests’ accommodation, VIP lounges on sport tribunes, buying sport souvenirs and many other things made us to give personal project manager to the client. Some assistants met and saw the guests off in the airports.

What we got

 

Good cooperation with partners, accuracy and congruence in our work led to the successful ending of the project. The client didn’t’ even see the project complexity and was quite satisfied by the trip, in spite of disappointing loss of Russian football team
